Jotqo does

  • Run the repetitive steps of your casework: intake, sorting, extraction, drafting, chasing what’s missing
  • Follow the instructions and rubrics you wrote — and only the tools you allowed
  • Show its reasoning for every suggestion, step by step
  • Stop at every approval gate you set, and wait
  • Write every action — the agent’s and yours — to the case timeline

Jotqo never

  • Sends anything to the outside world past a gate you set
  • Finalizes a decision that you marked as yours
  • Guesses silently — when the AI isn’t sure, it says so and waits
  • Trains AI models on your work — we use Google’s Gemini under paid API terms, where prompts and outputs are never used to improve their models
  • Sells your data, or shows one workspace’s data to another
  • Bills past a hard stop — when credits run out, work pauses

Jotqo remembers

  • Your cases, files, and timelines — that’s the product: a durable record
  • Who approved what, and when — auditable at any time
  • What each agent saw and did on each case
  • Deleted workspaces are archived first, then removed on request — nothing silently disappears

Human approval is architecture, not a setting

Approval gates are part of the workflow definition itself. An agent cannot skip one — structurally. This is also what education policy increasingly requires: the teacher of record keeps final authority over grades, and AI never finalizes alone. Jotqo is built that way for every vertical, not configured that way for one.

Where things run

Jotqo runs on Google Cloud (Firebase), with AI execution on Google’s Gemini models under paid API terms — which means your prompts and the AI’s outputs are not used to train Google’s models, and are not reviewed by humans there. Backups are real and tested: our last full restore drill recovered 20 of 20 workspaces end-to-end.

What we’re honest about

We’re a young product from a small team. We don’t hold SOC 2 or FERPA certifications yet, and we won’t pretend otherwise with a badge wall. What we can show is the record: the approval loop, the audit timeline, the tested restore, and a public status page.
